B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, raspberries, and some nuts and dried berries, coffee w/ skim milk and splenda S: hot tea and some dry honey nut cheerios L: grilled chicken salad w/ mushrooms, black olives, jalapenos, banana peppers, green peppers, and tomato S: pear E: 4-5 mile run - hope the thunderstorms stay away until this evening D: not sure yet - either shrimp risotto or soup (whichever DH wants), steamed veggies
