I haven't run yet this month.

I have no excuse.  I just skipped one run, and then another, and another, and here we are 10 days later, and I still haven't run.  I am going to try to go for short run in the morning, but we are also leaving for vacation tomorrow, so it may be too hectic.  And I am not running on vacation.  I may be lucky to hit double-digit miles this month.

It's not a total loss! Something is always better than nothing...as I am trying to convince myself that right now.

I am feeling really down about this month already, too. I came down with a cold a week ago and between that and other work obligations, I haven't had enough miles yet. I am beating myself up about it right now, and today isn't going to work out either. Oh and my son seems to be going through some kind of sleep regression, so I've been up for the day at 4:30 lately. Yuck.
