I would like to run at lunch- I have a full hour BUT no showers available to me for after. I sweat like whoa and stink. Do you think a wash cloth wipe down after suffice? What about my hairline where I sweat and it is damp?
Any thoughts? Does anyone else run at lunch with no shower? Should I stick to morning runs?

I was able to run during lunch up until about 50 degrees - after that I sweat too much for a wipe down. If morning runs are do-able, I would stick with those. Now that it's light more in the AM, I've switched back to those - it's cooler then anyhow.
I do, on nice days (not when it's too hot or too cold)
I only ever run 2-3 miles (any more and my whole mop of hair would be soaking wet), then I lock myself in the bathroom for a wipe down and stretch while my skin cools, I use a blow drier on the wettest parts of my hair, reapply my make up and go!
The 2 most important things for me are new everything- socks, underwear etc- and the ability to hang out topless while my skin temp regulates. Thankfully we have single/private restrooms, no stalls! I loooove lunch runs!

This is kind of what I was thinking. Ugh. I have just been having such issues getting up in the morning and then convincing myself to go outside... My bed is just so nice and warm!

Pretty much same here. I could push it to 60 maybe.
Over the winter I was able to run with out showering, but now that it's warmer again I need to shower. I take forever to cool off and stop sweating. That's my biggest problem.
I have about an hour too so I can get in 4-5 miles with no shower. I sweat like whoa too. I would reccommend body wipes, and face wipes to make make-up application easier. Also, for your hair, dry shampoo. New socks/undies are helpful too.
I run at lunch at least 1-2 times per week, no matter the outdoor temps. I avoid scheduling run days when I have important meetings, etc. I do work alone, though, so I don't mind getting a little sweaty and heading back to the office. I also limit runs to about 3 miles, otherwise I get too gross. I just make sure that I cool off a little and lounge in my office with my door shut before changing back into my work clothes.
I also sweat a ton and stink. Personally I cannot run during lunch if I can't shower quick, I just get way too hot and nasty. I keep sweating long after I've even showered But I say try the baby wipe thing once and see if it works for you. If it does, you're good to go!
I used to do this when I had an office job. I'd wash my face, hands, etc and spend a few minutes drinking water & cooling down on hot days. Hair just got re-brushed back into a pony or messy bun. I did not run on hot days if I had a meeting or something I needed to be presentable for in the afternoon. I also tried to take a late lunch, about 1:30, to minimize the amount of the day after my run.
