Help me with brie and coconut oil

What do I do with them?

I bought a wedge of brie.  I want to make it melty.  Do I put it in the oven?  What temp?  For how long?

I also picked up the Trader Joe's coconut oil.  I just slather it in my hair, leave it in for a bit, then rinse, right?  Anything else I can use it for?

It takes on the flavor of what you're cooking so you can really use it for anything.

Wash out the coconut oil, or your hair will be oily.

Brie: In an oven safe dish/bowl, in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Keep checking. (Timing depends on size of brie wedge.)

To be fancy, sprinkle almonds on top (before or after oven), smear jam or preserves on it, or buy a sweet raisin/apple serving.

Really fancy - wrap it in a crescent roll dough and bake until golden brown.

Serve with green apple wedges and water crackers.

Yum.  I like to make it with dried cranberries, walnuts and a drizzle of honey (I've made it that way wrapped in puff pastry and not wrapped).  

For the coconut oil, I've been using it for the last couple weeks weekly as a deep conditioning treatment. I rub it between my hands so the warmth of my hands melts it a bit, then pull it through my hair.  Leave it on for at least 15 minutes, then shampoo and condition as normal. It makes me hair super soft and shiny.

Slather the coconut oil on the brie and then bake at 375. Walla!

Wash your hair. Rinsing won't be enough to get the oil out.

I have no clue about the brie.

I usually just leave the brie out for an hour or so before I serve it. 

I tried to use coconut oil in my hair this weekend and it is stil greasy, after washing it 3 times. it is a good skin moisturizer, though.

yes, shampoo the crap out of your hair afterwards.. i had to learn that lesson the hard way, ha
