I'm not at all what I would consider "a runner" but yesterday DS and I went out for a little walk (he rode his bike). I learned 3 things from this adventure:
1. I am REALLY out of shape 2. I need new shoes if I'm even going to attempt this 3. DS needs a bigger bike.
Trail running is always fun, I have about 1.5 miles of trails just a block away from our house. I took a break at the end of the week, but I went out for a short run yesterday. I had a killer headache and it helped a lot. Today and tomorrow should be perfect weather for running outside.

I suggested that some of us local casting families put together a relay team for next year's marathon. I have no idea what the hell I was thinking, I am nowhere near in the right condition for a leg of a 26.2 mile marathon. Guess I need to get new shoes and then get on the stick?
I (not a runner) redid (maybe-it's uncertain) W3D3 on Friday and was planning on jumping to W4 over the weekend, but it didn't happen.
Question for c25k people: do you wait until you are completely comfortable with the current run before going to the next one or do you just keep going and if you can't do it, re-evaluate?

If I was really struggling a week, I would redo it. But, no, I wouldn't wait until I was completely comfortable before moving on to the next week either.
partiallysunny, you are saying that as long as you can complete on day, you move on to the next, right? You only would repeat if you couldn't complete it or otherwise felt unsatisfied?

Yes! Sorry I muddled that up.
Oh, "muddled" it up, lol. I didn't do that on purpose, but now I find it funny so it's going to stay.
