I want to start working out again. I have noticed my knees hurting with excess bending at work so I want to do something low impact until I lose some weight and am not so hard on my joints.
Any suggestions?? I know yoga is an awesome workout but I am looking for a little more variety.
I did a lot of Barre workout DVD's at home near the end of my pregnancy. Great low impact workout! I have the Cardio Barre DVD -- a little cheesy, but got me sweating

I do enjoy swimming / water workouts. I talked to my mom and unfortunately the indoor pool won't be open for the public this year at the resort she works at. I would have to look into the Y if I wanted to use a pool since we don't have one at home.
