1) Where are you in your journey? Month 21.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I had my first IUI this morning!

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We grew up in a small town and he was only 2 grades ahead of me, so I had always known who he was. When I was 15, I started hanging out w/ a new group of friends and he was part of the group. We became close friends and started dating when I was 16.

1) Where are you in your journey? I am in the aftermath of an chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage. I don't really know what to call it/how to count it in my cycle. Day 5 of bleeding and cramping? Idk.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? Nothing this week. We're taking a break, probably for most of the summer.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met in college through mutual friends. His brother was a huge partier and I would go to the parties with friends. Through lots of booze, supermario cart, monkey balls, and our friends lying to push us together, we fell in love.

I feel like we'll need to make up a better story for our grandkids because nobody wants to think of grammy and pappy falling in love over nintendo and vodka.

1. Cycle 12 or 13 I think of actual tracking. I'm done bleeding from my MC/chemical/whatever thing. We were planning to avoid this month to give my body a rest but we keep "forgetting" to use our preferred method of BC.

2. Nothing interesting happening this week. Hopefully our new floors will be installed early next week. Excited about that.

3. We met on eHarmony but I actually knew him from his job. So when he sent me a message I already kind of knew him.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met the summer after our freshman year of college through a mutual friend. She told him to "stay away" because I was dating another guy. He befriended me anyways and bided his time until I broke up with the other guy. Lol we went to college in different states so the first 6 months of our relationship we got to know each other online (AIM anyone??) It just went from there.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We have gone to school together since the 3rd grade (same 3rd and 4th classes). I moved away after 8th grade and moved back to the same town my senior year of HS. We had classes together but never talked, were never friends. We both ended up at University of Colorado together after HS and ran into each other on campus one day...we've been inseparable since.

1. Cycle 12, CD 28, 13 dpo OR Cycle 13, CD 1 (TMI but I haven't taken my Diva cup out to see if the spotting has turned into full-on period...I was paranoid this morning and put it in anyways)

2. Just the same...DH is going to call the doctor tomorrow to ask some questions, and then we're likely going to schedule his surgery. He is going to ask for a second SA, just in case the numbers come back okay and the first one was a fluke.  Oh, and I need to call my doctor when I finally get my period because my last two cycles have screwed up the timing for next month's SHG.  Maybe if I'm lucky they'll be able to fit me in this month instead.  On the bright side, my LP seems to be lengthening on its own!

3. DH and I went to preschool together; I'll have to see if I have a scan of the picture on my computer later tonight.  We started dating in high school (we were 15).  (heart)

1) Where are you in your journey? TTC since Oct 2011, 3dpo (just trying the old-fashioned way, IUI cancelled b/c of cyst)

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? Nothing coming up this week. The doctor just confirmed a "mass" or some "debris" in my uterus, so I'll go in for a hysteroscopy in a few weeks.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met online. We were both on Match and Yahoo dating, but I think we talked through Yahoo first.

1) Where are you in your journey? CD34. I've had 2 negative tests, so I'm just waiting for my period to show up. I thought I got it on Monday, but it was just spotting. When I actually want to get it, it takes its sweet time... ugh.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I am going in for what was supposed to be my CD3 ultrasound tomorrow morning. I called to tell them I was just having spotting, no period yet, but they still want to see me. Once my period starts, we will be starting our first IUI cycle with injectables.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met through a girl I worked with when I was 22 and he was 24. We went out after work one night, and he was with her. I thought he was her boyfriend and I remember thinking he was way too hot for her, lol. I had another boyfriend at the time but broke up with him soon after to date H We were inseparable from then on.

1) Where are you in your journey? Cycle 13, CD 26 of this cycle. 

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? According to FF, tomorrow is a test day. I don't have a good feeling about it, though. I'm really trying to hold off testing early, I want to wait until I'm "officially" late, but I feel like I usually do when my period is about to start so I'm just watching & waiting right now.

Excitement-wise: I think my H and I are going to see Iron Man 3 this weekend, followed by lunch afterwards. This means C will get to spend time with the ILs, which they love. 

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met at - surprise! - work. We've known each other almost 20 years, we still work in the same office but in different positions. It took us a while to get together as a couple. Friends for 6 years, dated for 6 years, engaged for a little over a year, and we're married 6 years as of this year.

1) Where are you in your journey? We are waiting for H to start a new job so we can save, save, save for IVF.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? We leave for the beach on Friday. We rented a huge beach house with my family. I cannot wait to spend the week playing with my niece and nephew.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? He used to work with my sister, and she set us up. She's so proud of the fact that she played match maker.

1) Where are you in your journey? 1st cycle TTCAL, CD19

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? According to OPKs, looks like I'll o tomorrow. We had TTC sex last night for the first time in a long time, and even though we were both exhausted we made sure we did it. I remember now how annoying TTC sex can be. 

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We worked together in an internship after graduate school so we met pretty randomly - we lived in Oklahoma, I was from NJ, he was from Chicago. We were friends at first and then I moved back home. It wasn't until we were living apart that we were like hey, something's going on here. I visited, we started dating, and I ended up moving back (with no job or anything...but I knew this was it)

1) Where are you in your journey? I should be starting my 2ww. This will be our last month ttc for awhile

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I am excited that this week is going to be lazy. I don't really have anything going on whereas the last few weeks have been baby-sitting jobs and appointments. I am going to see Gatsby on thursday with my book club!

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We worked at the same summer camp. I was the trading post manager (gift store) and he was the waterfront director. This was summer 2006.

1) Where are you in your journey? Starting IUI #2. Starting femara on Thursday with an ultrasound next Wednesday to see follicle growth. Then we will schedule the 2nd IUI


2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? Finally getting my period! My first IUI was 6 weeks ago, and I've been anxious to get the next one started.

1) Where are you in your journey? CD7. I think we'll start having sex again today, but it's a super crazy time at work so I think our timing will be off. We're just making the best of a hectic cycle, and not really expecting anything to come of it.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I'm entering the busiest three/four weeks of my work-year, so I'll pretty much be straight up working for the next three weeks.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? Crazy but true - I worked with his mom! She introduced us.

1) Where are you in your journey? We're working to bank our donor's sperm.  Until then we're on a break.  We've been traveling to our donor, which is expensive, and it doesn't make sense to just keep doing the same thing that's not working.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week?  I've started working on my garden.  I'm very excited to have little plants to tend to.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? I answered a Craigslist ad looking for a roommate, and we were friends and roommates for more than a year before we started dating.  I had a huge crush on DW when we were just roommates, but she was just coming out and I didn't want to mess up our friendship or complicate things.  Eventually, we were doing EVERYTHING together and DW finally convinced me it was worth the risk for the chance we both made each other very happy.  She was right!

1) Where are you in your journey? I think I might have O'd yesterday. I definitely had a ton of EWCM. DH has been traveling though, so it's not a true 2ww this time.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I have my therapy appointment on Friday afternoon. I am anxious and excited about the prospect of getting help.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO? We met at work. We were in departments that worked closely with each other but were separate. Later they became one department and we had to keep up the "oh we're just roommates!" story until I took a job at another company.

1) Where are you in your journey? TTC since August 2011, I think this is cycle 10 since my miscarriage/surgery off period.  I think I am 13DPO, but I didn't get an OPK this month, just going on O pain, which I do get every month.  Normally by now, AF would be spotting, but nada so far.  Sadly, I took a PG test this AM and it was negative, so I think I'm just delayed.  Could also be the herbs I've been taking this month, who the hell knows.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I met with a surgeon to talk about removing the big fibroid, she's sending me for a pelvic MRI, so waiting on insurance to OK that before I can do it.  Hopefully soon, get some guidance on next steps.  In the meantime, we are TTC on our own, with acupuncture.

3) QOTW - Law school.  We hooked up once during law school, I had a giant crush on him, thought he didn't like me.  So I was totally a geek about it and blew it way out of proportion, told him I didn't want anything serious.  We basically avoided each other after my awkwardness for the rest of law school, then both moved to NYC and got together about a month after the move.

1) Where are you in your journey? TTC since Sep. 2012. First cycle post m/c, CD 5.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? Spent a good portion of yesterday at the hospital lab for RPL testing and it included a 3-hr glucose test which was boring and left me feeling like a human pin cushion. Results should be back in about a week so now we wait.

In happier news, H is done with school for the summer and we're going to see Wicked on Friday.

3) QOTW - How did you meet your H/W/SO?
At work. My company hosted an industry event at our office and H was there representing his company. I was running around all night and kept running into him (his plan, I think), he asked for my card, and the rest is history.

1) Where are you in your journey? CD7 post chemical preg. Life fucking sucks right now. I'm temping this cycle. Who knows what will happen. Next month we're doing IUI #1. I also have a vacation schedule so hopefully this cycle is long like usual so it doesn't fall in the same week.

2) Any updates or anything exciting happening this week? I scheduled an HSG for tomorrow and now I'm terrified! Some girls say it was easy and some say it hurt like hell. I have plans to drink tomorrow and saturday night though. Bottoms up!
