This is ridiculous. His appt was for 11:50. We've been waiting for over an hour. Poor little guy is hungry & sitting in a dirty diaper. I'm getting fed up & am about to change his diaper right here. Maybe I'll whip out my boob too.

I hate that!!!!! I messed up and was 30 minutes late for my GYN appt recently and they wanted to charge me $25 for missed appt bc they couldn't see me 30 minutes late. Then I reschedule and wait 60 minutes after appt time to see the Dr. They didn't charge me the $25, I'm hoping I don't end up getting a bill in the mail bc I will go postal. If you have a baby you get seen stat. End of story.

Ok, so an hour & a half later we get seen only to be told that we need to see a pediatric ENT dr in Boston. WTF! We went to the satellite office which is half way between my house & Boston. Why didn't they have me do this in the first place.

The dr looked at his ears for a whole 30 seconds, then said you need to see a pediatric ENT. Thanks lady. Ugh.

You were referred to a non pediatric ENT??? That makes no sense. I'm sorry your time was wasted, but yes, he totally needs to see a pedi specialist.

Yes! I was so annoyed. I have no problem bringing DS into Boston, in fact, I'd prefer it. I was under the impression that I was seeing a pedi ENT dr at the satellite office.

That is so annoying. I'd say something to your referring doc. That is just a waste of time and a copay, ya know?

Well, I don't know yet. Dominic isn't on my insurance yet. They need a copy of his birth certificate & SSN in order to add him. I'm waiting for his SSN to come in the mail & the city hall to make up his certificate.
They told me they were going to bill me as self-pay, then adjust it once he's added properly.
Sounds like another headache to me.
