I've posted about a few issues in the past few weeks.
First, DD2 went to the doctor Tuesday evening. He said he is not concerned until the hair pulling lasts for a few months. I have noticed that since the beginning of the week, she seems to be not pulling hair so much. Of course, she doesn't have any of her own to pull anymore, but for the first two days or so, she was pulling DD1's hair more. That seems to be slowing down. I think for the next week or so I'll keep a close eye on her and if it picks ball up again, I will have her evaluated.
Another issue I posted about a week or so ago was the boy I babysit. I have started using a few suggestions that I received on Mm as well as my friend who also babysits. I have been using time out a lot for him, as well as making him change his own pants when he has an accident. I also talked to his mom about it, who told me a few things she does at home. I'm happy to report that I am seeing an improvement. While he doesn't tell me every time he needs to potty, he's definitely starting to tell me more. He is slowly starting to listen better, but that also seems like is a big issue at home as well. I'm trying my best to just have patience with him overall and I'm noticing that I'm becoming less stressed as well. I can tell you though, dealing with a toddler boy is a whole different world than dealing with a toddler girl.

Is there anyway you guys can get on the same page when it comes to discipline? Discuss techniques with the child's mom and pick one to implement at both homes? Wasn't that a big issue in PP? Unless I'm confusing you with someone else.
