Which download do you use to rip DVDs?

We just got Apple TV but we can't watch DVDs unless I rip them to iTunes (which is legal because I already own the DVDs). Looking for recs.

Are you using a Mac? If so, I hear Handbrake is good.

I was just thinking about this today because I am generally anti-buying DVDs, but I'm paranoid that my kid will end up without the wonder of Disney thanks to that motherfucking vault and no Wonderful World of Disney presented by Michael Eisner.

Anyone know a good program for PC?

ISOlator is good - put dvd into mac, drop dvd icon onto ISOlator, wait a bit, and done.
