Should I buy a PG test?

If my period doesn't come by tomorrow AM I'll get it just in case, but I hate testing b/c BFNs sting so much more than just getting my period.  We leave for vacation on Saturday AM and I won't have any opportunity to buy one down the road if I should need it.  I highly doubt that I'm PG, but we're going to Disney and if my period isn't here by Sunday (our first park day) than I have to test to see if I can go on roller coasters.  I hope my period comes before then so I don't have to deal with an actual BFN on vacation, esp. since the point of the trip is to cheer ourselves up re: IVF failing.  I just want to go and have fun and not think about IF.

I'd buy a dollar one and wait to test until the last possible day. But I'm like you and BFNs sting more than my period showing up.

That's just what I'd do if I were in your shoes. I hope you have a good trip regardless of what happens.

I'm a pee pusher. That said it's going to be just as bad as a BFN if you are in the mind bending mode of late but unable to test. You won't be able to get the what if out of your mind and it would probably affect your vacation. Buy a test then don't use it until coaster day. Have fun!

Yeah, I think that's what I'll do.  I don't have anyplace to get dollar ones so it feels like a waste of money, but I'll survive.  My period isn't even due until tomorrow so the testing part might be a non-issue, but I won't have access to buy one after tomorrow so I'll have to make the investment.  I hope I don't have cramps and feel yucky while on vacation.  I'll also have to pack tons of tampons and pain meds.  Blaahh.  OTOH, anyone have any messages they want me to pass on to Mickey or the Princesses?

The test was on sale at Target so I'm only out $6. RE: the rides, it's only the "thrill rides" you can't go on if you're PG. You can still go on Winnie The Pooh, Toy Story, etc.
