Ugh I don't think my post worked so here goes again. It's probably late now but my favourite is the Bed Head Rockaholic Dry Shampoo or the ReFresh from Sally's Beauty. I've tried Suave and it didnt really work for me but I have heavy, thick hair. Also I've heard really good things about the Batiste.
The original in the silver bottle and then the Keratin Infusion in the gold bottle. The kerstin feels like shit in my hair but the original works good.
OMG I haaaate Suave Dry Shampoo. It's terrible, it made my hair feel nasty. My favourite, tried and true, been using it for years brand is Batiste.
I thought I was weird because the suave is horrendous on my hair and I still haven't found one that works for me. Granted, I've only tried drugstore brands.
i just sprinkle baby powder on my hair line, let it sit for like 5 minutes, and brush it out thoroughly. works as good or better than any number of dry shampoos i've ever tried. not sticky, not smelly, gets the greasy look out.
I've always heard that dry shampoo is crap on dark hair and leaves a visible white powder behind. Is this still true? Or have I been washing my hair when I could be lazing about?
I have dark brown almost black hair. I think it depends on which brand you use. I tried a cheap store brand and it left white streaks I'm my hair

Tresemme has a new formula for color treated hair that is good for dark hair. Their other ones are crap, but this new one is by far the best one I've used.

newer formulas are better for dark hair. the Suave doesn't show up in my medium-brown hair and I put a crap ton in my hair. baby powder makes my hair look gray if I don't rub it in well, but you can mix baby powder with cocoa powder too.
Most dry shampoos make my hair look good for about 15 minutes, then my hair slowly starts weighing down my roots and I look like a drowned rat. This stuff actually makes me look decent. It's expensive, but a little goes a long way. I ordered this bottle in October and I'm sure I still have at least half left.
