Monday - Grilled Italian chicken tenders w/ roast carrots and couscous Tuesday - Bean and chorizo tacos Wednesday - ? Thursday - Curry chicken tenders w/ brown rice Friday - Pasta of some sort
Monday - dinner with the ILs (they are in town) Tuesday - Thurs - no clue. Despite going to the grocery store multiple times this weekend for party stuff, we don't have dinner fixings. Friday/Sat/Sun - dinner with the ILs since they will be back in town.

Monday: French dip sandwiches and corn on the cob that we need to use. Tuesday: Cobb salad. Wednesday: friends are visiting from Amsterdam so we'll be having dinner with them, but don't know if we'll be eating at our house or going out. Thursday: A1 pot roast. Friday: not sure. I've been in the mood for barbecue, so maybe pulled chicken sandwiches?

I really don't know my week.. but those sweet potatoes tacos sound good and would love that recipient. Monday: Fish sticks with artichokes Tuesday: Tacos with beans and side salad. Wednesday: Maybe home pizza with pesto (or veggie pasta) Thursday: Soup (we have lot of choice) Friday: maybe left overs or go out for dinner.

It's not really a recipe - just taco salad components on top of a sweet potato instead of chips and lettuce. I usually do ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning, scallions, chopped tomatoes and salsa. We have sour cream to use up this week so I'll add that. Of course you could add cheese too, we just usually don't buy shredded cheese since Jen is lactose intolerant and slices are easier for the babies.
