As someone who spends WAY too much money on her dog, I agree. I may down money, but it least it is on thing my dog actually likes. Dog don't exactly care about Tiffany lol
my pugs are spoiled, I feel major guilt if I don't get them a new toy for their bdays/christmas even though they have a ton and really prefer dirty socks or empty yogurt cups

Ditto. We spend $$$ on food and treats and toys...and I have a fascination with buying her new harnesses and leashes (but let's be honest---that's for me)...but WTF would I get her at Tiffany? Or Coach? My luck, that'd be the one thing she tries to freaking gnaw on while I'm gone.
