Mamas- What are we getting our husbands for Father's Day?

No idea what to get my husband. He got me a spa package for Mother's Day. I was thinking iPad mini but he's a technology guy and has so many gadgets I don't know if a mini is overkill (he already has a regular). Any suggestions?

I bought my dh this set when it was on sale and I had a coupon. He has been wanting a knife set for a long time and I hated how bulky they looked on the counter so it will be a complete surprise.

Great suggestion but he had 2 of them (for our 1 bedroom apt). I recently convinced him to sell one on eBay.

What about tickets to a concert, baseball game or other event?

I'm not getting my DH a gift, mainly because he didn't get me one. I'm happy to be off the hook for gift giving for this holiday. I will probably take him out to eat and spend the day however he wants. That's what he did for me.

I have no idea what to get DH either for fathers day. His birthday is the same week as well. He bought me a ring for mothers day which was pretty extravangent.

So far I am just making him a mug with DD's pic on it. I may also get him a beer tshirt to wear to the homebrew convention he is going to at the end of the month. Maybe i will give him cash to get something at that convention. That sounds wierd but he would like the opportuity to blow his budget for the month.

I feel like because its the firrst one its a little more special. Next year he will probably only get a card from DD.

DH and I usually don't exchange gifts but this year he got me something little that he knew I needed (see new post I have). So for him I got a set a ice molds for his scotch.

That's pretty cool! DH has an ice mold but its pretty difficult to use. That one looks much easier!

No clue!! I like that jambox that was posted, but we are on a budget trying to save for the twins. Maybe a GC so he can go shopping for some nice clothes. He rarely shops for himself, but he loves it. Also need to update DD's "DAD" pictures.

We're in AZ so summer is the off-off-off season. Hotels are super cheap and offer awesome staycations. Last year we did a weekend at the Four Seasons. It's his favorite Phoenix resort, so we'll probably do that again. I also do some kind of "Dad" photo. This year I got my girls clothes like his to pose in. So one will do a white v-neck, jeans and black Chucks, and the other will do a cardi with a skinny tie and jeans.

I am getting him a dart board for his man room. His man room is not fancy at all, kind of a big mish mosh of things, but for xmas he got a mini fridge so we are slowly making it fun for him.

ILs will be in town Father's Day weekend so I'm getting him and FIL tickets to a baseball game (minor league) and a tshirt for the team.

I got DH a bag from Modern Man Bags for Christmas and it was so amazing! Great quality for half the price of everywhere else - he almost cried he was so thrilled! And they have amazing customer service and shipping is fast.

I ordered some kind of "hero" book that you can customize with pics and such. I was also planning a gift certificate to one of those shaving specialty salons- can never remember the exact name. DH always gets shafted on FD. It's always the same weekend as the boy's birthday & party, but I'm trying to plan early this year and make it special

It was from a deal site, very Jane or groop dealz. I'm sure it's originally from an etsy shop, most of it is.. Let me see if I can find the original shop.
