had a derma appt. this morning, wanted to have my bod checked out for any off looking moles (I was a tan-a-holic for too many years to admit)and had 1 biopsied from my stomach, not feeling nervous about it because the Dr. assured me it didn't look suspicious but just wants to make sure....ugh great

Something might have come out of my calling about the fucking swingset. Talked to the main agency today (b/c my re's dad passed away) and she said she wants to fight and make it a very uncomfortable closing. I said do what you feel it best but Im not one for confrontation. We shall see.
I'm so not motivated to work, I have less than 2 hours left.

I´ve been grading all afternoon, and I´m so bored. I´ve been looking at apartments in NYC and in Georgia. I don´t know whether I should be depressed about the options or excited, LOL.
I have a candle party to go to tonight. Ugh. I don't want to buy anything, but feel like I have to.
I'm kind of hoping I'm pregnant again, but don't know it. It's illogical, since I haven't gotten my period back yet, but my supply is decreasing, and DS is taking formula at daycare now, and I have put on a couple of pounds and I'm feeling very pudgy. I'd love to be able to blame it on something.
H is oot for work and my dog won't behave! He usually takes her out and feeds her and lets her get away with everything. When he's gone she usually just sleeps in her crate or on the sofa the whole time and isn't interested in walks. That's fine, but at least go out to pee!
Miranda gets pissed when DH leaves. She completely ignores me (except for food and potty breaks).
I had my boob ultrasound and got the all clear. Woo hoo! I liked the boob specialist. She did the ultrasound herself and used the time to tell me all about how she kind of hates her 17 year old right now. Lmao.

I swear to god I am the first newlywed my bank branch has ever seen. Two trips to the bank, my passport, my marriage license and my husband in tow, and they are "hopeful" but not "confident" (their phrasing) that the checks we received as wedding presents will actually be deposited. Apparently I'm a lazy-assed bride for not having all of the documentation to change my name done in the 11 days I've been married. Then they threw in a little bit of judgment about me hyphenating my name, and my husband told me later he was worried I was about to lose it right there in the bank office. Growl.

I'm not sure what the expectation is about having sex when a person is having marital problems. It's hard for me to figure out since I never wanted sex even when things were good.
My toe still hurts and I want pain killers but I'm too scared to go the Dr. and have them touch it.

Deposit the checks through the ATM.
I will not go to one branch anymore because I went to the drive through (the atm line was too long) to deposit, got told no because it had my wrong name and a name not on the account (DH). Drove back around waited in line deposited the checks into the ATM, all while getting the death glare from snatchy teller, and then waved to her as I left after making the deposit. I now have a personal boycott against that branch. LOL.

Ha! I thought about doing that, but had heard horror stories of all the checks being mailed back. The paperwork aspect of us getting married is driving me nuts! :-)

We did it with easily 20 checks and not one was mailed back or denied. Ours was not only a name issue but we didn't have a joint account when we got married. We both banked at big banks I am not sure if that makes a difference. Because of the snatchy teller I get extra up in arms when this happens to people. For this reason I only make out wedding checks to either the bride or groom and do it with her maiden name. It took me almost 8 weeks to get my marriage license so I was still Violet MaidenName for a while.
XH has been begging me to consider moving back to Iowa (where his family is). I could get my old job back, my best friends live there, the cost of living is waaaay lower... But I know it's a terrible idea. My whole family is here, plus I love Austin. I worked so hard to convince him to move here. Iowa just seems so easy.
I've had a bad depression day. I keep dwelling on the fact that I may never have a chance to have more babies. I have a shitton of pregnant friends right now, and we're creeping up on what would have been my due date. Bummer.

I will absolutely just be handing out cash at weddings in the future. And we are in the same boat as you, we had not merged banking prior to the wedding. I'm at a big bank, he's at a small credit union that is looking better and better by the day :-).
And I do have my license, but I was told I'm not really "Mrs. Sprky-Fireman" until I get the new SS card. At least, that's what DMV said when I asked. Who knows. :-)
