Well, I'm not sure what Rum Chata is - but I've always found the best way to get drunk/tipsy is to just start taking shots...or drinking right from the bottle. No matter what kind of booze!

Rum Chata is like a delicious oatmeal cookie in liquid form with alcohol.  It's really sweet and amazing.  :-)  If you like things like Kahlua and Baileys then I'm sure you'd love Rum chata!

Hmmm...I DO like Baileys! 

But I'm not a huge fan of Oatmeal cookies. I wonder if I can get one of those mini-bottles just to sample?

It's good as a shot with loopy vodka. It tastes like cereal and milk.
