What can I give my dog for pain?

My English bull dog had some kind of infection about 6 weeks ago. I forgot the name, but  it caused her to lick her foot excessively, and it was red and swollen. There were some patches of bare skin where the fur came off  on her legs (this part didn't bother her though), but I can tell her foot does hurt. 

  She was given antibiotics and another medication from the vet, to take for 20 days.  I think it got better, but probably never fully cleared up because the same thing is happening now. She only walks when she has to, and is hobbling along on the 3 other feet. 

Tomorrow is Memorial day and my vet will reopen on Tuesday. What can I can I do to manage this for the next two days?

btw, she is about 55 pounds
