I think a starting teacher earns £23,000 out of London and inner London it's £27,000. Then London breaks down more between 23 and 27 for the first year of teaching, going up each year with expirence. Just as a starting point though.

Starting salaries for Bournemouth teachers are £21,000.

Before my SIL left Bournemouth she was earning £17,000 a year, when she moved to London she was in the same salary bracket (same company), but because she moved to London she was paid£30,000. And Bournemouth has higher average salaries than up north.
