Same for me...jump rope, jumping jacks, etc. I do a little beter if I alternate feet and not come down on both feet at the same time. If that makes sense.

Kegals! Do them. I think this is pretty common for a lot of women. You probably want to try some kegels and if that doesn't improve you could always make an appointment to make sure you dont' have prolapse or some other issue that requires attention.
