I've been coffee-free for over 6 weeks now. I also managed to go through an entire bag of quinoa flour since the beginning of the year. Hooray for gluten-free baking!
Now if I could just psych myself up to go down another notch with my medication. I was on 4 pills/day 2 years ago, went down to 3 pills/day at some point I am totally zoning out on (sorry, there was an international move in there and things get fuzzy). I went down to 2 pills/day this past fall. I think that's my comfort zone. I am scared as all heck that my system will freak out if I go down to just 1. We'll see.

That's great you have been able to stop the coffee! I
Are you taking multiple pills of the same medication? Or more than one medication at a time? I hope you can get to the point where you can decrease it without any bad consequences, I know I was pretty happy when I got down to only one daily medication after having to take 3-4 different ones at one point. Fingers crossed that you have no reason to be scared!
I'm jealous. I'm on 7 pills at three diff times in the day. It's a huge hassle.
I've also been gluten free for a while now and I feel so much better. 2.5 months and counting - only one slip up when I didn't realize my caramel candy had wheat.
Don't take my coffee from me though. :-) I was coffee free for a whole after surgery and it seriously made me sad lol.
