As if I didn't have enough anxiety over the wreck.
We found out tonight, our totaled car from 2010, is showing delinquent on our credit! As in over 365 days past due! It was paid off after the wreck mother effers! I get to spend all day tomorrow dealing with it.
If you are wondering how this effects our house adventures, the lender wants our credit to be 20pts higher for new builds. What the mother effing eff? We have to use one of three lenders the builder gave.

That sucks! At least it's something that can easily be explained (as opposed to a legit issue with your credit). They require higher credit because they have a higher risk if something goes wrong during the build IIRC. I'm sorry you have to spend all day on the phone dealing with lingering problems from that accident.

Record time! 6 mins and problem solved. They are sending a letter and reporting the correct info within 15 days. It puts us back about 30 days, but that's ok.
