I got an email today from Sephora about their new Sephora Flash shipping plan. It costs $25 a year and you get free 2-day shipping with no purchase minimum. I don't know whether I want to try it. It would be nice not to have to make a $50 minimum for free shipping, but on the other hand, I don't exactly have to struggle to reach that amount. Two products and I'm pretty much there.
Are you joining? Or if you didn't get the email yet, would you join? I can't decide.
I'm not... I usually only order things online for fun or when I'm starting to run low so I wouldn't care about 2-day shipping. And very rarely do I spend less than $50 (sadly).
I didn't get the email, but I am tempted. The Sephora in my town is small and doesn't stock everything that I am looking for. There are times I want to order one thing, but don't want to spend more to get the free shipping, so I end up not ordering. However, this could lead to more spending. I am torn!
Hmm. I almost never order from the website because I'm impatient & my purchases are often impulsive. If I only want one thing, I'll just not order before I'll pay shipping or add shit to get up to $50.
I'm tempted, but I think this would be bad for me. Being able to impulse order random $20 shit all the time is not MM
I just put my email in your link and it said they would email me when it is open to the public. I wanna know what you did to get the exclusive invite! dexteroni
Nothing, I swear! The email just showed up one day. I certainly spend some money there, but not an inordinate amount. I'm sure it was a random selection. Or maybe they excluded the heaviest users so they don't bankrupt their program sending 5 packages a week for free. lol.
I do at least 75% of my shopping online. Those jerks.
I third the jerks comment. I got no such email.
Me either. And I'd like one because Sephora is an hour away and they don't stock everything I want in store either. I often want to spend $30 and call it a day.
Like everyone else I rarely spend less than $50 AND my orders always come within just a couple of days every time so I must be near a distributor. It's already very gratifying.

Totally! I'd order one $25 lipgloss repeatedly before I'd order two at once to hit $50. It's just different, psychologically.

This is why I'm poor.
this is why I don't want to join. amazon already makes it too easy to instantly gratify myself. I don't need sephora to jump on board too!
I think this is making her want to join! Just so she'll have it over us!
lol. I had actually forgotten about it until I saw this post bumped. I'm not doing it; I can always do it later if I really want to, but I doubt I will, for the reasons I and pretty much everyone else listed.
I got an email about it today. I actually think I will do it. So many times I want something I use regularly and I don't need to spend $50, but I want free shipping so I go looking for stuff I might want. I always end up buying tons of stuff that I could do without. Plus I've never even been to the Sephora in our city because it's not close to me at all.

No. I still see that as paying for shipping and I usually don't have trouble reaching $50. I have access to two very nice sephora stores and a jcp one. I only order online for my banks rewards program. If I didn't plan well I can always stop in a store to get what I need.
The main problem here may be that amazon prime has killed me. And I want everything I buy here immediately.
I just bought a $12 sale item that I've had in my cart with nothing else for awhile. I guess it makes it a 37 sale item now, but i can pretend ship is free from now on lol.

This is off topic but I was just curious if any of you ladies that received a $15 off $50 reward card that isn't planning on using it give it to me? I would really appreciate it. My mother in law loves perfume so it would help me get her a gift. I hope I don't sound douchy. Thanks.
