Has anyone heard of or used this product?  It's a blend of glycolic and lactic acids to help resurface your skin.  I'm looking for something to help smooth out my skin and help with dark spots. 

I need to get my butt back to the dermatologist but I swear every visit I end up waiting for hours!!  Ain't nobody got time for that.
