My chest is horribly broken out

Tons of little whiteheads.  Anything I can do to clear it up by, like, tomorrow morning?  We're going to an amusement park, and I want to wear a tank top without grossing people out.

I would get a loofah and some of that apricot scrub face wash and exfoliate them off. When I get them on my chest they just kind of pop and go away without leaving marks, bleeding, etc. if your skin is a little more sensitive this may not be the best way to get rid of them.

Mine does that sometimes because of hormonal stuff. It usually only lasts a day or two.

I dunno. I'm breaking out more now that I'm going to the gym, which is frustrating. While workings towards thin and toned, I'm also getting pimply. Not cute.

are they big inflamed under the skin hormonal type or just small pinhead sized whiteheads?
