Noodles or mashed potatoes?

I started looking up recipes and some have mashed potatoes as an option. I always thought noodles were the only option.

most restaurants i've had it at don't serve it on noodles or mashed potatoes, either.

Ditto all this. I haven't had chicken marsala in forever, but I think I ate it with pasta.
