We got home last night. It was a really fun trip overall but it was pretty difficult at times being there by myself with Lincoln. I'm going to say 13 months is the hardest age so far. We're still dealing with the seperation anxiety; he only wanted me and screamed if I left the room. He's been doing the same thing since we've been home, too. I feel so out of the loop, I was so busy Thursday-Sunday that I couldn't even lurk. My sister and her kids (3 & 7) came in Thursday evening and Lincoln loved having kids to play with.
I didn't take tons of pictures since Lincoln was attached to me but I got a few.
Riding the Alpine Slide (they build them on moutains and you take a chair lift to the top) and riding the train in Tiny Town (a whole town with doll house buildings - the kids loved it!)
Cute pictures! G just emerged from a cat-5 cling-on stage last week. Hopefully L will do the same soon? Yesterday she surprised me by waving good-bye when I got up from playing with her in the den to make us a snack in the kitchen. Usually, she cries and insists on me being in eye-sight at all times so this was new to me.
It was really hard but we still had a good time. Saturday was the hardest day, he bit me so hard while nursing and I had to just hand him to my mom and walk away for a bit.
He learned a lot of new words though! My parents have dogs and cats, so he kept saying "kitty" and "gee" (doggie). He would also touch them and say "ni". And then after we finished the Alpine slide, I said all done and he said "again". It was super cute!

Glad you had a good time! Lincoln is a doll. I can relate with the separation anxiety stuff right now, it can be exhausting and I will be DH-less for a couple days on a trip too and I know it's going to be hard.

I hope it's not too bad! My sister was alone with her kids too and had a hard time with her 3 year old.
