Uh! I placed my first order on Anthro today. It was a fairly large order. It kept telling me that my debit card wouldn't go through. Silly me kept trying. I went into my account and Athro took out the payment TWICE. Best part, they have no active orders for me! So it pretty much drained my account and now I can't even place my damn order! I have to wait 24-48 hours before they put the fund back into my account! What the FVVVVVVCK!!?? And of course they are close to selling out some of my items! :-(

If anything does got out of stock, you can always call customer service and they can locate it in store for you. I'd call to see if there is anything in their system and if you can get free shipping from stores if you can't get what you want online. They should be able to fix it and are really good about things like this.

I did call customer service. They were the ones who are crediting back the funds. I will wait to see if they sell out before I call back. The girl was really nice but not super helpful. She was able to tell me how many of each item they had. I thought it was interesting that one of my items was on back order until 6/18 but when she looked at it, she said it will most likely cancel because they only have 1 and they don't know where it is. That's not really my idea of backorder.
