and following a training plan? I've missed 3 days so far. Might be able to do something tomorrow. Do I re-do last weeks workouts (because I've already done those and know that I can) and do this week next week? Jump in where I should be in this week's plan? Do Sunday's workout tomorrow? I've never really followed a training plan before, so I'm kind of at a loss.
I do easy workouts til I feel better. Then I will do 1-3 modeerate workouts to get back into it before doing anything too hard. You do not want to make yourself sicker
