"Why would you ruin perfectly good peanuts by adding candy corn? That's like saying hey, I have these awesome nachos, guess I better add some dryer lint." - Nonny
me. I am doing laundry. It never ends. I am watching RHONJ.
I should start some so I look decent for an appointment tomorrow. Still debating if I should have the nanny stay an extra 2 hours and leave the kids home so I can stop for shopping after the appointment, or just take them alone. They like the waterfall in the lawyers office. It's rediculous I want to take them just so they can see a waterfall for 5 minutes....
I just finished laundry. I washed the dog blanket and OMG the lint trap on the dryer was ridiculous after that.
Mabel was sick a few days ago when I was out of town... H threw out her blanket because he didnt want to wash it. He does this often. UGH He says it was not able to be cleaned. hahah
That would tick me off. I don't want to have to buy a new blanket every time the dog yaks on it!
He isn't throwing up much. Just a tablespoon or so the last few throw ups. If he's in our bed, he won't sleep. Think it's ok to put him back in his crib with some towels, and me just stay up and listen and keep him clean if he throws up more?
It's morning in London and I'm at work. I hope you guys can fall asleep soon. nursewife - hope your LO feels better and stops throwing up. Must be so frustrating to have to deal with.
Yeah, it's probably the soy then. No fever or anything? I forget how old he is, would he sleep if you made him a little cot by your bed? If not, he should be fine back in his crib since it hasn't been that much anyway. And you can listen for him with the monitor.

No fever. He's mostly just heaving instead of throwing up. He's 16 months and a climber, so being in our room doesn't really work. I think I'll just stay up and rub his back when he gets upset. Poor tyke. He's so exhausted and wants to sleep so bad. When he isn't sick, he's the easiest baby in the world.

Aww I bet. I hate when babies get sick, you feel so helpless Well, good luck and hope you both can get some rest.

He's only spitting up a tiny but now I think. He looks so exhausted. I wish he would sleep in our bed. He'll sleep with everyone else but us. The second he's on our bed, he wakes up and thinks its play time. I'm so jealous of parents who's kid will snuggle with them in bed.

My oldest would hang on to me all day if she could, and loves to snuggle in bed. My youngest wants nothing to do with it. She loves hugs and cuddles, as long as they last a second cause she wants to go back to playing. Taking a nap with her does not happen ever haha.
Hope your little guy is sleeping now. He will feel so much better once he is able to. I'm heading to bed, didn't realize how late it is. Good night!

He sleeps for a bit, then wakes up to spit up a bit again then goes back to sleep. He isn't throwing much up, so I try to wipe it up and change the towel he's on since I can't change all his bedding each time. Any other suggestions? I feel mean that his bedding isn't nice and clean, but I can't change his bedding every half hour either.
I fell asleep watching some awful show on the Oprah network and am paying for it now.
Was it "The Haves and the Have Nots"? I can't decide whether that show is terrible or not. But either way I watched 3 episodes tonight...
I started watching a rerun of a white man that took a medication to make him black, and how awful it was due to racism. Then I woke up to some other crap, and my mind shut it out to escape the boredom.

Is there really medication for that? I obviously need to watch more Oprah tv...

Apparently a medication and a UVA light I think? It looked like the episode was from early 90s.
