It's a running day. I'm on week 6 day 3 now, which is ::gulp:: 25 minutes. There are not more walking breaks from here on out. I am supposed to be some kind of runner now and I don't feel like any kind of one.
My legs feel heavy today just walking around. I am sore all over, my left hip in particular. I imagine this is a result of running + gardening, as yesterday was a long day.
I need someone to either tell me to suck it up and do it and I will be fine or to tell me that I should rest today and run tomorrow (although it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow-- maybe I shouldn't reveal that. lol.) Help. Please.
The 20 minute run was surprisingly okay! I told myself that 15 minutes would be a success and if I hit that, I could do 20 the next time, but when I got to 15 I decided to keep going and I did it.
You should have seen my face afterwards. It looked like I had a horrendous sunburn, but it eventually faded.
Maybe I will see how I feel this afternoon, but if my hip is still this sore, it's probably a good idea for me to rest it. Thanks.

I'm so proud of you!
I say, since it's going to rain tomorrow, run ten minutes, walk, then do a really slow jog of 15 minutes. Or maybe just walk the rest of it, depending on how you feel. That way you do your 25 minutes, but get to rest a bit as well.
I find that when I feel the way you do, it's still good to do a little exercise to loosen things up, but don't push yourself.
Thanks, guys! I admit that after I did it, I wished I had some of your numbers so that I could text you my success. And then I guess I didn't even post about it. Lol.
PS- ALL my "running" is actually a slow jog. lol. I figure I will become more comfortable with the idea of actually running and then work on things like speed.
Are your muscles sore or are you in pain? Usually going for run actually helps my sore muscles, but if you are in pain I'd take a rest day. And good job!!
