Can a seamstress see a bra into a swim top?

I found one that has potential but the circus sized boobs won't fit. Can a seamstress see something in it to bake them fit? This is the closet I've come to not having a Fred Mertz suit.

Sure, it's not a particularly easy fabric to sew with, but a decent seamstress can sew cups in. But you need enough fabric to fit them and cover your chest.

If you can find one who specializes in doing swim suits, yes.   My usual alteration place (that has worked miracles on some of my dresses) wouldn't even try to fix a suit I had. Fortunately I found someone who almost exclusively does swim wear. She said she could even make me a custom suit if I wanted.
