I recently found out that I have prediabetes and I need to seriously change my diet. I would like to plan out several meals so that I don't end up stuffing my face with pasta. What are your tried and true low carb recipes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner?
Also, has anyone tried Shirataki Miracle Noodles? I ordered some from Amazon but I'm afraid to prepare a whole meal around them and find out that they taste like balls. TIA!
Those tofu noodles are weird. We just eat meat sauce over veggies (broc is a personal fave). If you want a more noodle texture you can use spaghetti squash or peel long strips of zucchini and carrots.
I like a lot of the recipes at Everyday Paleo, but it doesn't have to be a special recipe for low carbs. Just eat less bread/pasta and more veggies.
