On a scale of 1 to crazy, when can I call back

So I said in the randoms my haircut got botched last night. We have family pictures this weekend. It needs to get fixed. I left a message about getting in today. I called back and was told my hairdresser had my message. It has been two hours. When can I call back to follow up lol?

They are only open till 5. it is 11 am. I am at work so I need a bit of heads up if I need to leave work. I need to know if I can get in today or if I need to start watching youtube tutorials to give myself a haircut. This shit has to get fixed.

So when would you call back?

I would call back and say this needs to be fixed today and since you are at work, you need notice to leave work. Since this is a repair job, they should work out a way to work with you today.

Yes I love her. It isn't like a terrible job. Just wasn't quite what I wanted. She just needs to cut it a bit shorter and shape up more.
