My little guy is growing up! He is crawling all over the place now. He's fast! He pulls himself up on everything and appears to just want to learn to walk now. His top two teeth have broken through, so we are now up to 2 on bottom and 2 on top. He is in love with the dog and laughs when he sees her. Loves to pet (aka hit) her. It's impossible to keep the two away from each other, so basically the dog licks Ethan from head to toe. He is so good! Still sleeping great through the night....I hope that continues! Can't believe I will soon start planning a first birthday!
Amelia went to her first Rays game. Can you say trooper?? She was so good. We got 300 level seats not knowing if we would even get through an inning. Turns out she is a badass. Brunch downtown, an hour and a half of walking around in the Trop before start time, and then she sat in her seat right to the 7th inning stretch! We left because we were tired, not her, lol. She has been a bear to get to bed still though. Last night she stood up and stomped and kicked for an hour and 20 minutes. Yes I watched the clock. The night before after 2 hours of protest H and I finally resorted to driving 45 miles in order to transition her to her crib. We aren't doing that every night though. So now I'm just anxiously awaiting this phase to be DUN. She's a perfect angel as long as she's on the go and playing, or sleeping in the car. It's just the crib that's making her nuts and she will NOT sleep in my bed with me. My only saving grace is that once she's finally asleep she stays there for 11-12 hours straight.
Belly baby is doing good. I feel great again. Except for my back, just like my 2nd tri last time. My mind and soul wants to work my 2 shifts a week so badly but my body gives up my Monday shift after how my back feels Saturday night. I'm going to miss it so much. I'm half hoping they'll take me back around spring of next year.
Nothing much to report. I am doing good I suppose. I started feeling the baby kick here and there about a week and a half ago (?). Anyway, I haven't felt the baby kick since Friday. I know I am still early, have an anterior placenta so it could be completely normal for me not to feel kicks since then but I can't help but worry. I photographed a wedding north of San Antonio this weekend and it kicked my ass. It was long, hot and exhausting so that doesn't help my worries. I was on my feet for 12+ hours with not enough water or food breaks. Plus I got slightly sick - I think from overworking myself. I don't know, it;s probably nothing at all but I have been debating calling my OB and see a nurse could get me in for a quick doppler reading. Am I am paranoid nut?! Ha.

Mrsjason do you have a website where you put your photography work? I would love to see.
I do not get to check in here, near enough, but figured I would give an update on DS. DS will be 2 July 22nd, I cant believe it! He is all over the place and gets into everything! Did I say everything?!?! We are taking him to swim lessons which he loves one week and hates the next week. He is doing well in daycare, but we are not terribly happy with the place, so we might switch to another daycare. Other than that he is a busy almost 2 year old who keeps us on our toes. I just love him so much though!!!!
I am feeling much better than last check-in. My nausea has abated and I finally have some of my energy back, enough that I started going back to the gym and take spin classes again. I am determined to stay active during this pregnancy, as I was with my 2 other ones. I have my first OB appointment and u/s this Thursday, so I can't wait!

Hopefully everyone else is doing well
I had an anterior placenta with the girls. I didn't feel them kick until 24 ish weeks. And if the doppler makes you feel better, I think you should do it. I an of the opinion that since every pregnancy is different, there are no paranoid nuts

We are doing pretty good. This past week, our mornings were a little rough because they were Annabel's fussy time, where she wanted to nurse constantly, hated to be set down and basically wouldn't nap for more than 5 minutes, which made caring for Maisy difficult at times. Today though she has been a completely different baby all morning, so hoping that phase is coming to an end. She is great in the afternoons and at night, and luckily is a good nighttime sleeper so far.
I have been really pleasantly surprised with just how wonderful Beckett and Maisy have been. They are such great helpers and are just so in love with her. Beckett had such a hard time adjusting to gaining a sibling the first time, that I wasn't expecting him to be so smitten with Annabel.

Late to update!
We closed on our new house- hooray! I can't wait to move to our new town bc it is so family friendly and quaint.
L has been going through a fussy/frustrated phase. She wants to get into EVERYTHING and can't because she is just starting to crawl forward. I am just trying to be understanding and help her as much as I can.
L can now say 3 words... "Mama" "Dada" and "Bye bye". Soooo cute!
I'm also back at work but I'm actually really happy. I missed work, and am enjoying being back. It's hard to be away from Alex but she is a total champ and is doing great with MIL and at daycare. She has also slept through the night the past few nights.
We just got back from a 17-day road trip and Ellie was a ROCK STAR. She traveled like a champ, slept well in the hotels (better than she does at home, actually) and took 2-3 hour naps every day we could give her the chance. The rest of the time she just cat napped in the carrier while we were on the go. It was an awesome trip.
Also, while we were gone she cut two teeth, started work on her first molar, LEARNED TO WALK, learned a couple new baby signs, a new word and "how old is Ellie." I'm telling you, she killed it those two weeks.
The only hiccup was a minor walking malfunction: a faceplant into the concrete sidewalk outside Graceland. Luckily she just skinned her nose and forehead, no bleeding, but scabs that made it look way worse than it actually was. She cried for about 30 seconds then wanted to get right back to walking, and just had a badass battle wound to show off for the rest of our trip.
In other news, H and I have started talk of #2. He's leaving now for Teach for America training in Jax for the rest of the summer, so nothing is imminent, but YIKES. I'm not sure I'm ready but the timing is getting on towards what we always pictured. So, we'll talk.

I had some more bleeding than usual when I woke up today (even though it was brown, so I knew it was prob ok) so I went to the doctor. Everything is great! I got to see the babies again and they both had one hand up which was funny. Plus, I'm thinking to myself "wow, they have hands!!" Haha. One was measuring 11 weeks and the other 11 weeks and 4 days. So I guess one wants to outdo the other! Then I have an actual scheduled appt next Friday so I'm looking forward to that too.
