I must be a weirdo, but I'm PSYCHED to get a minivan. We are waiting to move and probably won't get one until closer to due date, but we just flat out have to have one once this LO is here- the 2 hardly fit in the Focus as it is. We will be on a tighter budget so although I would love the top of the line most awesome minivan we'll be doing used more mid-range probably.
ETA: Woops, just saw the mazda5 question below. I didn't even know that was a minivan, sorry!
Oh ya! I had an 09 focus and it was tiny!! If we get a mini can DH Likes the Toyota sienna. I've heard good things about the Mazda 5
I looked at the mazda 5 when I saw the other post and it looks like it has hardly any storage once the third row is used and we'd definitely have that up all of the time.

We are getting our brand-spanking-new VW Caddy Maxi next month. It looks like this:
We have a Skoda Fabia Stationwagon now, and it is such a tight squeeze with the RF carseat. My husband always has to drive if we're together in the car because he can't fit in the passenger seat because it's too far up. Our car looks pretty much like this one, except more beat up and most likely with more dog hair and crumbs on the inside:
Dodge Caravan. I love it. It has power doors, seats that fold down into the floor, and extra storage. We do a lot of road trips, so it's really useful.

I drive an ancient '97 Nissan quest. It runs great, is really comfy, and really spacious but I wish it had to side doors. I'm sure the newer ones do though.
Obviously I know a lot of people who love their odysseys but I also have some sienna lovers too.

We may get a Nissan quest, we test drove it and did some research. I like the information on true car .com if you are thinking of new. I saw a commercial for the town and country recently they now have a ton of standard features. So we may look into those too.
I was super excited about a minivan then I got my heart set on a Buick enclave. Now I can't decide! Now that I am pregnant we will likely start looking again, keep us posted on what you get!
I want to know the answers too! It's possible when we actually see the Mazda5 that we will decide it's too small and will have to look at a larger minivan (downside is that it would have to be used).

We have an Odyssey. I love that thing. The Odyssey drives like a car (compared to the Town and Country I rented). The seats are easy to fold. There is in-floor storage. I have no complaints about it all.
I got a Sienna about 6mos ago and like it. It has a ton of features. My favorite is the power doors. The seats fold easily. My sister has 2 Odyssey and loves them as well.
I answered in the other post, but I have a 2012 Quest. I love it.
When we were shopping I initially wanted an Odyssey, but I ended up with the Quest because I got more for my money. I got more features, new, etc. for less than a almost basic Odyssey. It took some getting used to, but I love love love it now. And the sliding doors are key.
