I seem to either never hit my pace goal, or never do tempo runs at all, claiming fatigue or pretending they're not *that* important after all. My plan was to start easy, run the middle two at 8:00-8:20 per mile, then back down for the last mile as a cool down.

Woot! This is an especially big deal because 1) there's 90% humidity this morning and 2) yesterday I did doubles--two 4+ mile runs (8am, 6:30pm) and still got it done this morning at 8am. Plus, I found $1.01 along the way.
