I used Neutrogena Healthy Skin for years before switching to Clinique. IMO the drugstore brands typically don't have awesome foundation, but this one really isn't bad.

I currently use Revlon colorstay. However, the last couple times I have had a problem finding a light enough color (the lightest the local stores have been caring is like 6 shades darker then me). Then when I do find my color they only have the oil foundation not the dry one. So I think I am done with them.
I am looking for something w/light to medium coverage. My skin is smooth, my main issue is just that it can be kind of blotchy so I need something to even out my skin tone.
I guess I could try fancier foundation, I just don't want to spend $60.

I really like L'Oreal True Match Lumi, but I'm not sure it comes in a light enough shade for you. I like it because it is dewy without being too oily, with light/medium coverage.
Revlon photo ready foundation is just as good as high end brands.
Is it sparkly? I've heard it's good but I'm worried I'll look like a disco ball.
I can see sparkles when I swatch on my hand, but don't see them at all on my face. I read one blogger review that you can remove the sparkles by dabbing your face with a tissue after applying.

Sorry, by the dry one, do you mean you're using the powder one and don't like the liquid foundation?
I am pretty useless for drugstore, I do admit, but if you like powder, MUFE new powder is nice (and $36; I realize its not drug store, but hey I'm doing better than $60 ). I also like their MUFE Mat Velvet Plus liquid foundation, which is also $36.
Personally my very favorite right now is NARS TM, but that is $40ish....
