Spa package recs?

My niece is turning 13 this month and my sister is turning 50 the day after. My niece wants cute clothes but I so cannot pick out cute clothes for a 13 year old. My sis said niece has been wanting to get her nails done so a GC for that would be good, and insists nothing for herself. But 50 is a big deal. So I was thinking I could get the 2 of them a mani pedi day at a spa together. My sister goes to a turn n burn place near her house but I was thinking something a little nicer. I can only think of Safety Harbor or Don Cesar but they are probably out of my price range. Any suggestions for a nice middle of the road place?

The WC location has a free mani with pedi during the week (I forget what three days it runs), if they can come then.
