B: special k with skim milk L: kale and quinoa salad S: carrots and cauliflower with hummus, rice cake with pb D: taco salad E: 35 minute run (or insanity if it is raining)
B: oatmeal w/ cut up peach, raspberries, some nuts and dried berries, hot green tea S: coffee w/ skim milk and Truvia and some dry cereal E: 5 mile run - waiting for it to stop raining L: salad w/ cottage cheese, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, peppers, pickles and hot sauce, greek yogurt w/ berries D: steak salad - I may also bake a zucchini casserole to go with it S: fruit and dark chocolate
B: Oatmeal w/raspberries and a scoop of almond butter L: Edamame sprinkled with feta and oatmeal (yes, I am cleaning out my pantry. Haha) D: Grilled ribeyes, mushrooms, and zucchini
