We are in the waiting game now.
We saw all the homes in the three desired areas we wish to live in our price range. Nothing that really struck a cord. We almost put an offer on a house this past weekend, but realized it ultimately was too small and needed too much work.
Now I wait each day for the auto updates to come from our realtor from the MLS listing and hope our house arrives in our inbox. When it doesn, we'll move quickly.
In the mean time, let the nursery decorating begin. I can't be waiting in limbo.
When we were in MA, the inventory available in our price range and desired locations were minimal. It kind of sucks. Hopefully something will come up. Looking forward to seeing how the nursery turns out
In Westchase. I'm going to start sounding like a fortune cookie soon, ending every sentence involving Moonstone with "in Westchase." Forgive me, I have nothing else to do

I'm torn. I like Westchase and the newer, big homes, and being close to the lap pools and the Y, but if I ever worked downtown, I would be miserable with that commute. H votes for Westchase though.
My sis lives in Citrus Park and her house is ok (small) and its the same commute but just not as convenient to tne bridges or nice park areas like Westchase, and she wants a walking neighborhood. I personally am a fan of Town N Country but it's so not for everyone.
I guess that's true. I doubt we'll ever make enough money to buy a home in Westchase, but I've always liked the idea of living in places like FishHawk, or further from Tampa, Celebration or Harmony.
Neither of you can go anywhere except closer together.
I don't wanna go! It was fine before we had a baby but now I'm comfy here. Maybe the gods will shine down on us and will build us another store here, preferably in Westchase. Anyone see that happening?
