B: found a new recipe for oatmeal and I liked it:) - oatmeal w/ blueberries, dried cranberries, hot green tea and coffee w/ unsweetened almond milk and Truvia E: 5 mile run and cleaning L: left over asian salad w/ cottage cheese and chili garlic sauce, watermelon S: greek yogurt or an apple or pear D: not sure yet S: cherries and dark chocolate
