I'm not fuckstick, but I've found that most of my bras take about two weeks to stretch a little bit and feel good. I hate those two weeks but it ends up being worth it for the life of the bra.
I need to try this today; just watched the video. I'm a little scared of what I'm going to get.
I wear a 40 D now and know my bras are too small. They are so uncomfortable but I am cheap and HATE trying on bras so I've put it off. I'm really worried I'm going to get something like a 42K. Worried not because of what the size is but because it's going to be a PITA to find bras in that size anywhere.

I'm a 40H/42G depending on the bra, and its not especially hard to find those sizes. Bra shopping typically only happens a couple times a year, so it's worth it to go to a specialty bra shop to get bras that fit correctly.
I just measured again, 3 times to triple check and I'm actually a 32 D. That's better, but it's still so much bigger than a B.
I've worn a 34B for years. I measured and am actually a 30DD/32D. My new bras are AMAZING! My boobs aren't big at all, but they look so much better now that they are properly supported. I feel like there needs to be a public service announcement campaign for this or something. Lol.
Any recs for online retailers that carrier larger cup sizes with good return policies? I live very far away from a Nordstrom's, and wanted to get a few different sizes to try and return the ones that don't fit good.
Nordstrom has free shipping and free returns, great customer service, and a good selection of sizes. I ordered a ton of different sizes and returned the ones that didn't fit.

I love that this is the new thread that never dies. I'm measuring 36K. I likely won't be making any real changes until the late fall/winter when BFing needs changing changes my boobs again.
Bra update: my new 32DD bra fits great and looks awesome, but I've worn it for 2 days and it kind of hurts! It is pretty tight and was hurting my rib cage and shoulders by halfway through the day. I loosened the straps and it didn't help. I went back to the Rack and tried on some more sizes. The 34D was comfy at the band, but the cups weren't right. I was getting quad boob. The 34DD cups were way too big.
fuckstick: do I just need to try more brands? Or will the bra stretch out with more wear? I love this size so much, but it is not comfy yet. I have another one coming from Nordstrom I ordered online, I hope that fits better.
It should be tight, and if you've been wearing the wrong size for years it'll probably feel uncomfortable for a while. That being said, it shouldn't *hurt*.
You might want to try some different brands in both 32DD/34D, maybe something with a wider band too. I know when I was wearing too small of a band size and it was a 2 hook/clasp, it could get painful from digging into my back and sides.

Where is it uncomfortable? The band should actually be pretty tight... not like unbearable but ...
The band rolls up when I wear it. I don't remember it always being that way.

I'd been wearing a 34D but according to the video should be a 32DDD/E. I went to Nordstrom Rack today but the selection was slim for my size. I tried a few 32Dd (which they had plenty of) and it was major quad-boob-splosion. I think I need to head to a real Nordstrom this week.

According to the video I am a 30D, currently wearing a 34B. It does work, I went and tried some on at a local store. However, I felt like the band was way too tight. Perhaps it was the brand, not sure. I have always been told 32B, but found it too small so I went up a band size and use the closer hooks. I am headed to Nordstrom this week to be measured, I have a feeling I'll end up in a 32C but we'll see.
I measured as a 40G and have been wearing a 40C. I went to Soma and wound up getting a 40DDD. I too have pancake boobs (they were nice enough to call them teardrop.). I can't believe how comfortable and attractive a properly fitting can look.
According to the video I am a 30D, currently wearing a 34B.
This is the same for me. I am curious to try some 30D on because when I wear a 32 it feels quite tight and I get back fat spilling over. Honestly, I am small-chested so I don't really need support and might go for comfort over "correctness" unless the correct size works miracles.

I always opt for comfort which is why I wear wireless bras that offer support (which are a pain to find). After the herroom quiz I feel vindicated. I have had too many lectures in the lingerie department about how wonderful underwires are, my small wide set boobs have been vindicated!

I was a little depressed this morning when I did this. I currently wear 38 c and my measurement came back 36E. I was hoping to be a 34 or something. I ordered a new bra online we will see how it goes.
