if you are willing to share. Or if you want to share how much weight you gained through the whole process, I'm interested in hearing that as well.
I'm 17 weeks, and I've gained 9 lbs.
I lost quite a bit of weight since moving to Lima, about 25 lbs, and I really hope that I can come back to this weight again after the baby is born (and hopefully within a year). So I am trying to be conscience about the weight I am gaining.
I'll be 36 weeks on Friday and have an appt Monday so I can report back more accurately then, but as of my 34 week appt last Monday I had gained approximately 30 lbs (though that was after a weekend, hell a month, of lots of junk food so I'm hoping that behaving myself gets that back under control a bit).

My weight has been weird, and probably not a good measurement since they're twins.
Right before I got PG I had lost 35 lbs - over the course of 6 months. When we found out I was PG I gained 5 lbs right away (I was absorbing the shock with food). Since then I've gained an additional 17 lbs.
It's quite a bit of weight. Overall my Dr said she wants me to gain between 30 and 35 lbs. She's not concerned at this point, though I had a big jump these past two weeks so I need to watch that.

30 pounds in 27 weeks. Do I win?
No concerns from the doctor yet. If he voices his concerns, I plan to tell him to kindly go fuck himself because he's the one who told me to stop running at 6 weeks and running (and heavy weight-lifting) are the only exercise activities I like to do.
Whatevs, my clothes still fit (even my non-maternity pants, but with a Bella band) and I am raring to get back into running as soon as I get cleared for exercise. I've lost weight before and I can do it again, so excuse me while I finish my donut.
I've gained 28 so far (37 weeks). I lost a few in the first tri and didn't really start gaining until much later which concerned my dr a lot. But I caught up fairly quickly and seem to be on track which is good. Also it might be worth noting that my baby has measured in the lower percentile range (~15%) the whole pregnancy so she's pretty small.
19 weeks (twins) and I have gained just shy of 20 lbs so far. I started gaining right away and was already up 5 lbs at my first appt (8 weeks) and I've been gaining steadily since. Kind of afraid of how much more I will gain as the babies get bigger...
I'm 25ish weeks, I think and I'm still down 6lbs. I lost 7lbs in the first 10 weeks. My doctor doesn't want me to gain any more than 20 lbs, since I'm overweight to begin with. I've hit the "I want to eat all the things" stage this week so I'm sure I'll start packing on the pounds.

Thank you, @bettyhomewrecker33! I'll be 36 weeks on Friday and am just about to reach the 50 lb point. No one has said a single thing. In fact, the midwives here don't even do weight checks. I just know from checking at home. Every appointment I hear that everything looks good. I'm trying not to worry about it.
I've lost weight before and I can do it again, so excuse me while I finish my donut.
Please to be reminding me of this same fact when I inevitably come on here hyperventilating after my weekly appointments (which start NEXT WEEK OMFG ALREADY?!)
I've almost gained 15 pounds so far (I'm at 23 weeks). Right before I got pregnant, I had lost about 10 pounds and was dieting...a lot of that was gained back quickly after I stopped being strict with my diet. It seems to have slowed down for the past couple of weeks though (I'm also trying to make healthier choices and stop it with all the candy already!
Up till about 20 weeks I had gained 8 pounds. Then in the last 20 weeks I packed it on, gaining a total of 40.
I'm 5 months out now and about 15 pounds above pp weight, but haven't really worked out at all, so I'm ok with what I weigh. I hope to be back down to my pp weight by his 1st birthday.

I didn't gain much in 1st tri, despite not being that ill. Now at 28 weeks I've gained about 20 lbs. Will see what my doctor has to say about that at my appointment tomorrow!

37 weeks and 25-30 lbs. Dr. wants to see 30-35lb weight gain, and I've just really stopped caring. I have been so good about calorie counting and working out all pregnancy and now I just really don't care. Like others, I've lost weight before, and I know what to do to lose it again.
