And yes, this is deplorable. As someone who just had her mortgage shoved up her ass, I am feel particularly sensitive to how hard it is to understand these loan products. Intentionally trying to fuck a specific race with them is pretty heinous.

Wells Fargo also settled a lawsuit that alleged they targeted black neighbhorhoods for foreclosures.
