I tried to by a pair of prescription glasses from Eyefly last April. It took them a month to even begin processing my order so I cancelled.
I was still getting emails, so on Memorial Day a really good one came up (basically $50 for a pair of prescription aviator sunglasses). I said I'll give them another shot. I had all my stuff together becuase I made a Warby Parker order a couple of weeks earlier (Warby Parker was amazing)
I made the order and actually talked to someone on a phone on May 25th. I sent my prescription and everything they needed. When I went to check the status last Monday it said pending customer info, I called the CS number and left a message saying they should have everything I sent via email.
I get an email today saying they need me to send my prescription so they can process my order. I ALREADY SENT IT!!!!! :@
Never again will I buy from them. I had high hopes becuase I have had luck with bluefly. This is ridiculous. I'm not sure if I should cancel my order or not.
