Honesty: this is about what I eat every day. Substitute the LC for a WW meal and its pretty close. Except for Saturdays because I use those as cheat days for my long runs (10-12 miles) on Sunday. And since I've started doing this I've lost over 10 lbs in 4 weeks.
She's either cheating or has a health issue if she can't lose on that*.
*I am not a doctor, just a constant dieting bitch.
Lol. I know! But most people here said that the OP's diet was sparse. She appears to eat more than I do, but she's thin & I'm gigantor.
I actually thought it was plenty of food. Those bars alone are super dense, probably a decent meal replacement for people that are dieting. But this is coming from someone with weight/body/food issues lol
They are close to 300 calories. I eat them for breakfast on long run days. I bet she's eating around 1400/1600 cal a day which when trying to lose is probably right.

Good God. She is not trying to lose weight. She thinks she is eating a lot and wondering why she is always hungry.
So serious. A typical day is coffee for breakfast, a slice or two of Ezekiel sprouted grain bread with peanut butter around 2-3pm when I start getting hungry, and whatever for dinner. I occasionally go out for lunch, but I've been antisocial lately. Snacks are cheese, crackers, olives, fruit. I occasionally pick up candy or ice cream. I've tried every variation of eating a large breakfast & small dinner, snacking all day, eating low carb, eating shitloads of fiber, eating low fat vegan, blah blah blah. I only lose weight when I eat <1000 calories per day (lost 100 lbs this way--and ended up bulimic due to food fears) or extremely restrict carbs--neither has been sustainable.

Oh, I laughed at that post. But I kind of disregard everything she says because of her Mr. Mustache craziness. I just figured it was a way of cutting down her grocery budget.

This is basically how I eat. Lean cuisines fill me up when I do eat them. I'm bad at big meals, I can't eat them. But, this is also a byproduct of a previous ED. So there's that.
FFS, what the hell are people supposed to eat? Every. damn. thing is bad for you. Who has time to grow their own organic garden and grind their own wheat? Oh wait, gluten is bad.
Fuck, I'm supposed to have ethical reservations about quinoa now? I cannot keep up with this stuff...
This is exactly what I was thinking!
I kept reading it thinking, "there's nothing here you could put gravy or sauce on? Why is she hungry before bed? That's what dessert is for. I'm so confused!"

I didn't know it was that hard to just grab more food when you were hungry and not dieting. Unless she only has the same few things all the time, because I wouldn't want to eat that repeatedly either.
