Color Club polish

Is it just me or does this polish take forever to dry? I've tried to paint my nails with my June Birchbox color (Reign in Spain) twice and smudged it both times because I think it's dry and it's not.

Argh!

Make that three times. I love this color, but forget it. Into the trash.

I even put Essie Good to Go on top.

I haven't had a problem. I put the top coat on before it is dry though.

I just tried some polish I got from the sample train for the first time. Using Seche Vite on top it dried quickly.

I am wearing a color club polish from one of my Birch Boxes right now - its a florescent orange-y and I am kind of loving it - it screams summer.

I had low expectations of this polish, I think I have four from BB samples and have never tried them - most are crappy colors. I am happy to say my day 3 polish still looks good, no chips - an amazing feat for me. Application was a little streaky, but it dried quickly with a coat of Seche Vite after two coats of color and a base of Orly.
