astrid, he's the only unfortunate soul who has to WORK and even sometimes has OVERTIME and he's so tired and whines about not spending enough time with Lucy but doesn't spend the time he has with her and I have to choose my words carefully but he speaks to me as if I'm an idiot and I'm just so annoyed right now.
I hear you on some of that. I swear to god when my H has to work more than 40 hours per week he acts as though he is the FIRST PERSON EVAAAA!!! to have to do this. And I regularly work 50-60 (+) hours per week!
Drives me fucking insane.
Have a glass of wine and think about what words you would have chosen if you'd chosen more carefully and then make sure he knows that while you would have phrased it differently, the feelings behind the message remain. Good luck - I hope things get better!

Ugh. I'm sorry. H recently got a job again after a few months of searching...now it's all I work haaaaaaard!!! So tiiiiiired! While he was unemployed, he was tiiiiired from job searching and so sad....just can't possibly help me with the housework. Even though I work all week too...
Hm, the problem with suffocation now is that you won't get the pleasure of ripping him a new ahole when Ms. L goes to sleep. May the force be with you. I have to take several deep breaths when DH gets The Sighs, and he's not even bitching and moaning out loud in words.

Ahhh - DH had the Sighs today. I wanted to strangle his neck as he moped around all pathetic-like at my Mom's house. I told him multiple times last night at the wedding that he was overdoing it with the drinking but he didn't listen and then he was all upset that we had to go to my Mom's house to celebrate MY birthday. Screw you DH. Screw you.
Make his life a living hell instead. DH has been sick this week. You know Sick with a capital S. I almost killed him. But then I focused on being cold and bitchy AND letting him sleep and rest today. I got a full day of apologies and niceness out of it. Yay!

I think today must have been National Husband Sigh Day, because JFC, I was getting a serious case of the stabs with my H today.
I've been working OT all week, and this morning I got up a few hours earlier than him, went out and ran 7 miles. And it was HOT. Then H and I run a few errands in the afternoon, and he will not shut it about how tiiiirrrred he is. Uh, yeah, me too, buddy.

Oh no. Kill him until he's dead.
And then kill him again.
This is one instance where redundancy is actually the best option.
