I got the chandelier for my gazebo in the mail today, but I'm in so much pain from my back and my period double-teaming me, I can't even get out of bed to hang it up. Life is so harrrrrrd
@stellasmom, H had to come home early because I can't stand up. I'm seriously hunched over like an old person. Luckily both kids were content to watch movies for the first half of the day.

This is hilarious. And extra funny since it's you posting this, not elle for example.
I don't know. If it was truly a first world problem wouldn't you have "people" to hang that for you?
Feel better!
Naw. That is more of a "wealthy in the third world" problem. Insufficient affordable hired help is a first world problem. This is where you can afford the chandelier, but not the staff.
MrsAggie, i have this one from Home Depot, but I bought it on Craigslist. It had been used for one summer, the canopy and bug netting stored in the garage and the whole thing covered with a tarp for the winter. It looks brand new.
